Upload your spookiest photo taken on your Apple iPhone, using the built in camera by October 16, 2009.

Each participant may submit only one photo.

A panel of judges will review the submissions and the finalists will be placed on the Polyghost website on October 21, 2009.

Vote for your favorite Spooky Photo Finalist between October 21 and October 28, 2009.

The Winner will announced on the Polyghost website on October 30, 2009.

Prize: Winner will receive a promo code for the iPhone Polyghost application and one-of-a-kind “Big Pollard” vinyl art toy by Tim Biskup.

Polyghost Spooky Photo Contest Rules

How To Play
Participants take pictures using their iPhone cameras in keeping with the theme.  Participants must upload their picture before October 16, 2009.  A panel of 7 judges will review the submissions.  The finalists will be placed on the Polyghost web site. (www.polyghost.com)  The world will then vote on the winners.
 
Each participant can enter to win.  
Participants are notified of the contest on blogs, social networks, etc.  
Participants must go to:  www.polyghost.com.

Entries/Submissions:
In order to participate, participants must fill out a Last Legion Player Gamer Profile which consists of:  email, username, and password.
Each participant may submit one photo per contest.  All photos must be taken with an iPhone camera.  Submitted photos must be your own original work, and cannot include any third party or infringing material.  Photos must be uploaded at www.polyghost.com 
Participants must submit the following additional information:  email address, username, and password.  Entries will be collected starting September 30, 2009 and ending October 16, 2009.
Finalists will be posted on www.polyghost.com on October 21, 2009. Public voting will begin on October 21, 2009, and commences on October 28, 2009.  The winner will be notified via email after voting has completed on October 30, 2009.
All dates/times are as of 11:59 PM PST.

Winner Selection:
Winners are selected in a two round process.  Submissions are read and reviewed by a committee of 7 people. This committee will then select the finalists by  October 21, 2009.  Selections are based on, creativity, relevance, and appropriateness.  Finalists will be posted to the web site and voted on by the community to determine the winner. Voting will occur between October 21, 2009, and October 28, 2009.

Prizes
The winner will receive via email a special promo code that will allow usage of Polyghost that can be downloaded from Apple’s App store for a limited time based on Apple’s rules.  The winner will also receive a one-of-a-kind “Big Pollard” vinyl art toy by Tim Biskup, to be shipped to the address they mail upon notification.
 
Notification
Notification will be emailed to the winner.  Winner must email back correct mailing address for fulfillment.



Fullfillment
LLG will cover shipping and handling charges.  LLG will email promo code to winner upon receipt of mailing address.  LLG will send non-digital vinyl toy upon receipt of mailing address


Note:
By submitting photo, you agree that LLG may use and post the photo in any way without restriction.  You are also creating an LLG Player Gamer Profile that you might be able to use with other games in the future.
